Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

These services are designed to support couples in love, communication, and growth. TetherHeart is
not a medical device or a substitute for professional counseling or emergency services.
User Responsibilities
- Provide truthful information in your user profile
- A mobile app for biometric syncing and emotional reflection
- Use the rings and app in good faith for personal and emotional wellness
- Keep login information confidential
- Not reverse engineer, tamper with, or misrepresent the product
TetherHeart is a relationship enhancer - not a surveillance tool. We expect
users to honor their
partner's trust and emotional safety.
Ring Compatibility & Pairing Exclusivity
TetherHeart rings are uniquely engineered to:
- - Only pair with each other, forming a secure, one-to-one connection
- - Prevent pairing with third-party smart rings (e.g., Oura, Whoop, etc.)
- - Switch to solo mode when intentionally unlinked by the user - this unlinking is final
This exclusivity is part of our emotional trust system. We do not support, recommend, or
guarantee
functionality with non-TetherHeart hardware.
Subscriptions & Billing
Some features of TetherHeart may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- - Pay any applicable fees via authorized payment methods
- - Allow recurring billing unless canceled before renewal
- - Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account
Billing is handled securely via Stripe, Apple Pay, or equivalent third-party processors
TetherHeart-GPT & AI Use
TetherHeart-GPT is designed to reflect on emotional patterns and provide supportive relationship
insights. However:

- - We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI feedback
Use it as a supportive tool - not a final decision-maker.
Intellectual Property
All branding, software, and hardware designs are the property of TetherHeart LLC. You may not
copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

- - Abuse of the platform or your partner
- - Attempts to exploit the system or AI
You may also cancel your account at any time via the app or by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
TetherHeart is not liable for:

- - Third-party app interference or technical incompatibility
All services are provided "as-is" and without warranties beyond those required by law.
